1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
• In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer different timelines based on your location:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your Tracking Number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most serviceable pin codes within India. However, if our courier partners do not service your specific location, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

• We currently do not offer international shipping.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

YouMe Shopping is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

YouMe Shopping is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
• Taking a photo or an unboxing video is highly recommended for faster resolution.
