Returns + Exchanges

At YouMe Shopping, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. By shopping on https://youmeshopping.com/, you agree to the following policies.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact.
• Certain items, such as innerwear, personal care products, or items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page, cannot be returned.

2. Exchange Policy & Delivery Timeline

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly sized product, you may request an exchange.

• Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or ask you to ship the item back to our Mannargudi address.
• Exchange Delivery Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will dispatch the replacement within 2 to 3 business days. You can expect the exchanged product to reach you within 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.

3. Refund Credit Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed immediately.
• Credit Timeline: The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Account) within 5 to 7 business days.
• Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to initiate a wire transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned following the 7-day return window mentioned above.
